Shipping Info

Please find below our shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain (Peninsula and Baleares): 1-3 working days with Correos Express

Spain (Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla): 2-4 working days with Correos Express

North America: 3-6 working days with UPS Express

Europe 1: 2-4 working days with UPS Express

Europe 2: 2-6 working days with UPS Express

Europe 3: 2-7 working days with UPS Express

United Kingdom: 1-4 working days with UPS Express

Asia/Oceania: 3-7 working days with UPS Express

Rest of the world: 3-7 working days with UPS Express

 

‘Made to Order’ items can take 2-8 weeks to manufacture and fulfill your order. With that said, please email us if you are in a hurry to receive your items & see if a faster shipping service is available. Higher shipping costs may apply.

Shipping Policy Notice

Please note that our shipping rates do not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These charges are not covered by Aniela Parys and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide estimates, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

If a parcel is declined due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be fully responsible for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

For destinations not listed during checkout, please reach out to our customer service team at info@anielaparys.com to confirm shipping fees.

If your item is in stock we will ship within 1-5 working days. In the case an item is made to order, or listed for pre-order, please refer to the product page for details.

+ PLEASE MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct. We will charge shipping a second time if the address is incorrect with your purchase.

In some cases our package will ship from our US headquarters with USPS. If your package is affected by this change you will be notified by email.

We expect efficiency in our logistics service, if you do not receive your order within the agreed deadlines, or if you have any questions at all please email us at info@anielaparys.com 

Returns & Exchanges 

Aniela Parys does not accept returns or refunds for purchases made in this site.

Order cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Made to order purchases can not be canceled once the order is placed. If accepted an order cancellation will acquire a 5 euro restock fee.

We do not accept exchanges for underwear, intimates or swimwear. Please contact us at info@anielaparys.com us if you have any questions regarding a product, we will be happy to assist you through your purchase.

Any exchanges must be communicated and validated by Aniela Parys within the first 4 business days after receiving your product in order to process your exchange. We provide return labels  for domestic and international exchanges for a flat rate.

Reach us at info@anielaparys.com to receive further instructions on how to make your exchange. 

Please do not make any return exchanges to our studio address & without being validated previously! 

  • Exchanges will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition, with original labels and fully intact.
  • If possible, use the original packaging to make your return x
  • Any exchange should be returned no later than 10 days after Aniela Parys validation date.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability from Aniela Parys stock, so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.
  • Customers are responsible for the exchanged product(s) until receipt by Aniela Parys. Including shipping costs & additional duties and fees that might apply for international packages outside of the EU.
  • All shipping costs are assumed by the customer, except in specific cases previously validated by Aniela Parys.
  • Aniela Parys will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.

Upon reception and validation of returned items in perfect condition, Aniela Parys will go ahead with production of the new shipment.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If you would like to change/alter your shipping address please contact info@anielaparys.com as soon as possible, if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to make any changes.

Do you restock past lingerie collections or designs?
Our lingerie collections are very small and we only produce about 50-100 pieces for each design. Once we sell out of a design it usually does not get restocked.

What does ‘made to order’ mean?
Some of products are handmade to order; which means they are produced after the order is placed. The production time for these products is usually between 2-4 weeks.

I am between two different sizes in the size chart. Does Aniela Parys offer custom sizing and how do I request this service?
We offer custom sizing for some of our made to order products. To request custom sizing email us at info@anielaparys.com with your measurments.

How much do you charge for custom sizing?
Our prices for custom sizing depend on the request. Email us for a quote at info@anielaparys.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Credit / Debit Card & PayPal.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using this website and placing orders you agree:

  • To only make inquiries or place orders that are legally valid. If we reasonably determine that an order is false or fraudulent, we have the right to cancel the order.
  • To provide us with your true email address, mailing address and/or other contact information. You also agree that we may use that information to contact you.
  • If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.

 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If difficulties arise in production, or if any particular product is not in stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products, which you will be able to order. If you do not want to order the substitute products, we will refund the prepaid amount in full.


REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove, or modify any material or content. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation, therefore we reserve the right to do so at any time. In the circumstance of refusing to process an order, we will refund your prepaid amount in full.

Your security and privacy is important to us. Please note any personal details you provide will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private and secure database for use by Aniela Parys only. We do not collect or record credit card information.
